Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
Please note that we currently do not offer free returns. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing:
Our Customer Support team will review your request and, once approved, will contact you by email with one of the following solutions:

A replacement of the same item originally ordered.

A replacement with another item of similar value.

A store credit equal to the value of the product for use on a future purchase.
Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled prior to delivery. Orders are processed immediately to ensure the fastest possible dispatch.
Are Returns Free?
No.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to the return address provided by our Customer Support team.
How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
What If My Item Is Damaged or Defective?
We're sorry if this has happened.
In rare cases, products may be damaged during transit or an incorrect item may be shipped.
For the first reported issue, we will send you a replacement item free of charge. No refund will be issued at this stage.
If the replacement item also arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 6–7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
Lost or Undeliverable Parcels
If your parcel is lost or cannot be delivered due to a logistics issue, we will send a replacement order at no additional cost.
